If we do not have the right product for your needs, we are also open to bringing in new products – as we are able to tap on our wide range of global suppliers.

Secondly, we do not rely on just one AFH manufacturer or supplier. Rather, our network extends globally – from Scandinavia, Europe, the United States as well as China and Southeast Asia (Malaysia, Indonesia). This also means our supply chains are less likely to be affected if a specific manufacturer has issues with production. As our prospective customer, it also means that you get to choose from a comprehensive catalogue of products.

We work closely with a Singaporean-based logistics partner to ensure a smooth delivery of your AFH paper supplies. Our operations team will work with you to schedule standing orders so that you get exactly what you need, when you need it.

We are based in Singapore and supply to mostly Singapore-based customers. However, please do approach us for enquiries wherever are you and we will do our best to work out a customised delivery arrangement if need be.

Within Singapore, you can expect your goods to be delivered within 2-4 working days. Of course, if it is an urgent request, please do call our hotline to expedite your purchase.

You can use our current e-commerce platform www.scanpap.com to purchase your products directly using multiple modes of payment (e.g., credit card). However, if you choose to order via our hotline, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as well.

Once an order has been made, no amendments can be made. You will need to create a new order for additional purchases!

Yes we do! You might have noticed that we sell three different kinds of PVC stripped/industrial curtains – across different widths, ribbed vs non-ribbed and also those which are insect-resistant. You can purchase these directly without installation from us, but for ease of use and your convenience, do get a quote from us on how much our curtains and installation will cost at a better rate.
